Various benefits of Camp Wholehearted:

Campfire Chats: Quick mindset trainings. Call them Hot Cocoa for the Soul. These will help anchor and re-anchor mindsets and energies for daily momentum and successes.

Creative Activities: Camp Wholehearted will encourage and enliven the creative you which has been there all along, just buried under layers of stuff.

Treasure Hunts: Wonder will be the name of the game at Camp Wholehearted, which might include scavenger/treasure hunts to help us become more adventurous and curious.

Camp Counselor Round Ups: Do at your own pace unique mini-trainings and strategy immersions focusing on one topic or tactic.  Each Round Up will deliver context, action steps, and tools to help you implement a wholehearted life.

Share Circles: Opportunities to gather around a virtual campfire sharing successes, accomplishments, and garnering support for challenges we encounter.

Accountability Exercises: Learning supportive accountability methods through mini exercises flexing those muscles.

Physical Fitness: Encouraging movement in all sorts of ways and finding what works best for you and your whole body.

Nutrition Classes: What is camp without awesome food?  We will learn more about whole foods that nourish, energize, and fortify our bodies for wholehearted living.

Reading Club: Books and articles from various authors will be a focus at Camp Wholehearted and our reading club will be a place to share our insights.
