This six-week program sets sail on January 6, 2020.
Launching into a new decade, we will map out our present and future intentions, focusing our attention on our desires. The physical, mental, and emotional clutter we no longer need can metaphorically be dumped overboard. Together with our shipmates, we will not be left adrift, but instead kept afloat when we integrate what we learn, decide to make changes, and put it all into action!
Cruising activities include:
- A Day in the Life ~ envisioning your future, providing clarity and direction for 2020 and beyond
- Be/Do/Have ~ transitioning from a human DOING to a human BEING; awaken your awareness to possibilities and create a life you desire
- Determining Your Word of the Year ~ choosing a compass word; your own north star to lead and challenge you throughout the year
- Revealing Your Core Values ~ discovering your core values and exploring how they work in your life
- Creating a Vision Board ~ expanding and engaging your imagination by designing and mapping a vivid and tangible vision of your ideal life
This program is harbored in a Private Facebook Group ~ what HAPPENS in the group STAYS in the group
- Each week is theme based and self-directed.
- Fresh content released every Monday morning.
- Fridays I will host a Q&A coaching call.
- Self-paced with group interaction and support.
