Who remembers “The Game of Life?”  As a kid, it was one of my favorite games.  One of the cool things it had was a spinner wheel that told you how fast you could drive your car. Cultivating Calm and Stillness, Letting Go of Anxiety as a Lifestyle

“Calm down.”… “Sit still.”  Who hasn’t heard those words as a child or said them to their children.  I realize now there were times when I said this to my daughter, it was because I was feeling anxious and wanted to control my surroundings.
